2011 Husqvarna 125cc CR

Looking to swap my husqvarna 125 cr for something like a 85cc for my daughter... The bike is very clean and looked after but has 1 issue, it isn't hitting power band, it's got new reeds and everything in the engine seems to be working as it should, but due to my lack of mechanical skills I can't figure out the issue.. Anyone with bike knowledge will have it fixed the same day...
