2014 Ford Kuga 4cyl AWD Auto Wagon Not driving 3500

2014 Ford Kuga Ambiante AWD 4cyl,1.6lt Eco Boost Petrol. Starts & runs but DOES NOT DRIVE!!! Gearbox is not working at all. Ford have said it needs a gearbox replacement. Tidy outside but inside needs a massive clean.
