2010 zoot 50cc moped

Im the third owner Scooter starts but for some reason it wont idle. Ive messed around with the tune screws ect but havent gotten it. Does ride how its sits at 40km but doesnt stay on it. Will be an easy fix but I just dont have the time or effort. Has 3 set of keys. All the electrics works electric start, indicators headlight ect. Negotiable on price, or swaps for a decent pit bike electric scooter/something of interest.
