Wanted Toyota Engine

Wanted fully built Toyota 1ZZFE, bottom end and head work intake and ignition set up for turbo.also stand alone ECU would have to be included. Or someone to engine swap my 1ZZFE to a 3SGTE Cconversion. Pay cash for a mechanic to do conversion. Someone even built with good internals someones built one of these for sure well let me buy it ?
