1997 Holden commodore statesman

Looking to swap my 5ltr vs statesman for a motorbike. Has to be atleast a 250. Statesman runs and drives good had a pre roadworthy done and not much at all can show list. Has about 300,000 on the clock but the 5ltr v8 in it is healthy no tapping sounds and perfect oil pressure. Let me know what you got thanks.
