Kings roof top tent and 4 man annex

I have a used kings tent and 4 man annex. I have only used it a handful of times but have never used the 4 man annex. Cover and over straps are damaged but still useable and did not get any water inside. Last I asked the straps are $20 and the cover is as $50 to get new from 4wd supacenter. $450 ono
