Franklin Caravan 20 foot

Franklin caravan has not been used for years, but is in reasonably good condition, needs some minor work on it, but could be used as is. Two years ago a hail storm punched holes in the wind up cover over the bed which is why a tarp is on it to keep the water out. Has electric and gas fridge and gas stove. Not registered at this time as it has not been used for years. Would be ideal for anyone looking for another room for relatives in this time of high rents, etc. Open to reasonable offers.
