2006 Chevrolet ve commodore eoi

I have a blue 2006 Holden VE Commodore I'm looking to move on soon as I can't afford the repairs, I'm not a mechanic but think it needs a new torque converter, handbrake not catching, has smashed rear left door window and shattered rear windscreen, It's running and registered, I do all my local running around. Edit: forgot to mention a pulley noise, not loud and guessing idler pulley so not major. Left wheels are miss-matched but does come with the other two silver rims
